These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Laylora, including the website, user accounts, artist mail club pages, creator tools, subscriber tools, content, transactions, notifications, and related services.
By accessing or using Laylora, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If a user does not agree, that user should not access or use the service.
Laylora is a platform designed to support artist mail clubs, recurring subscriptions, creator-managed dispatches, subscriber tracking, and related artist mail experiences. The platform may allow users to browse clubs, subscribe to offerings, manage deliveries, publish creator pages, upload content, and receive service-related communications.
Laylora may add, modify, suspend, or remove features from time to time. The platform may also limit certain features by geography, account type, or operational requirements.
To use certain parts of Laylora, users may need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users are responsible for keeping account details up to date.
By creating an account, a user represents that:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account unless prohibited by applicable law. Users must promptly notify Laylora of suspected unauthorized use, security breaches, or account compromise.
Laylora may suspend access, require re-verification, or take other reasonable steps to protect the platform or users where account misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.
Laylora may support different categories of users, including guests, subscribers, creators, and administrators. Access to features, data, and tools may differ by role. Some areas of the platform may require additional verification, compliance steps, or acceptance of supplemental rules.
Laylora is built for human-made artist work.
AI-generated works are not allowed on Laylora. Users must not upload, list, promote, distribute, or sell content or works that are fully AI-generated or materially AI-generated where doing so conflicts with platform rules, misrepresents authorship, or undermines the platform's human-made artist standard.
Users must not falsely present AI-generated or heavily AI-assisted work as original human-made artist work. Laylora may remove content, suspend listings, restrict visibility, freeze payouts where applicable, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Laylora may request clarifying information, process notes, source files, authorship confirmation, or other supporting material when reviewing content authenticity or policy compliance.
Users may be able to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content through Laylora, including profile text, club descriptions, images, shipping content details, communications, and other materials. The user remains responsible for all content submitted through the account.
By submitting content, the user represents and warrants that:
To the extent necessary to operate, improve, display, store, process, reproduce, distribute, and make the service function as intended, the user grants Laylora a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content solely for service operation, administration, moderation, security, promotion of the user's own listing or club within the platform context, and related internal purposes consistent with the platform.
This license ends when content is removed from the service, except to the extent copies have already been shared with users, retained for backup, legal, fraud-prevention, audit, or operational reasons, or where continued retention is otherwise permitted by law.
Users must not upload, post, list, send, display, or otherwise use Laylora to distribute content that:
Users must not:
Creators are responsible for all clubs, listings, subscription offers, content, and fulfillment activity they publish or manage through the platform. A creator using Laylora agrees to:
Subscribers are responsible for reviewing club details before subscribing and for maintaining accurate account and delivery information. A subscriber agrees to:
Laylora may facilitate recurring subscription payments and related operational workflows. Billing schedules, renewal timing, pricing, refund rules, pause or skip options, and cancellation conditions may be described on the relevant checkout, plan, or club page.
Users are responsible for reviewing subscription details before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, recurring subscriptions may continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
Laylora may rely on third-party payment processors to complete transactions. Payment disputes, chargebacks, and failed transactions may affect access to clubs, shipments, or platform features.
Laylora may support shipping records, tracking displays, delivery notifications, and operational fulfillment tools. Shipment dates, delivery windows, and tracking events may depend on creators, carriers, and external logistics providers.
Laylora does not guarantee exact delivery timing, uninterrupted tracking availability, or the performance of third-party delivery partners.
Laylora and its service design, branding, site structure, features, code, trademarks, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to users.
Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit Laylora materials except as allowed by law or by written permission.
If a rights holder believes content on Laylora infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, that person may submit a complaint with enough information for Laylora to review the issue. Laylora may remove or restrict content while a complaint is reviewed.
Because Laylora is intended for human-made artist work, content authenticity, rights ownership, and misrepresentation concerns may be taken seriously, and repeated violations may result in account restriction or termination.
Laylora may review, screen, restrict, reject, remove, disable, or moderate content, clubs, accounts, or features where necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users and artists, address rights complaints or legal risk, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain the platform's human-made artist standard, or preserve service quality.
Laylora may take actions including warning users, hiding content, removing listings, suspending features, or terminating accounts.
Use of Laylora is also subject to the Laylora Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected. Users should review that policy carefully.
Laylora may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, email services, shipping carriers, analytics tools, or social platforms. Laylora does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their policies, or their availability.
Laylora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Laylora does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or available at all times. Laylora also does not guarantee the accuracy of user content, creator descriptions, shipment timing, or third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laylora and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or similar losses arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the service.
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Laylora and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from the user's content, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, misuse of the service, or unlawful conduct.
Laylora may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service or specific features at any time where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the platform, investigate abuse, comply with law, or respond to rights complaints.
Users may stop using the service at any time. Some obligations, representations, disclaimers, licenses, and enforcement rights may survive termination where appropriate.
Laylora may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on the website with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means the user accepts the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Laylora's operations. Questions about the applicable governing law, venue, or dispute-resolution process may be directed to the contact information below.
